1. About Indidecor

Indidecor (indidecor.com) is a brand owned and operated by Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Delhi, India (CIN: U74999DL2021OPC385053, GSTIN: 07AAICK9533B1ZK). Indidecor specializes in personalized gifting products and corporate/bulk branded gifts.

Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “Indidecor” refer to Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or visitor using our website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using indidecor.com, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

3. Products & Personalization

Most products sold on Indidecor are made-to-order and personalized based on the name, photo, text, or design details you provide at checkout. By submitting personalization details, you confirm:

• You own the rights to any photo, image, or design you upload, or have permission to use it
• The content you submit does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
• The content is not offensive, defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of any applicable law

Indidecor reserves the right to refuse production of any order containing content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms, without obligation to provide a reason.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on indidecor.com are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice; the price applicable at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials.

Because most products are personalized and production begins shortly after payment, order cancellation requests must be made within a few hours of placing the order, before production starts. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Contact support@indidecor.com immediately if you need to cancel.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Indidecor ships pan-India through our courier partners. Estimated production time is 24–48 hours for standard orders, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days depending on your location. Full details are available on our Payments & Logistics page.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Indidecor is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional disruptions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on indidecor.com — including but not limited to the Indidecor name, logo, product designs, photography, graphics, and website code — is the property of Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

When you upload a photo, write a custom message, or submit any other content for personalization, you grant Indidecor a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of producing your order. We do not use customer-submitted photos or text for marketing without separate, explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indidecor and Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, including but not limited to delays in delivery, minor variations in print colour or finish, or issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
