Choose your product, upload images or text, add personalization notes and checkout. Our team reviews and processes your order for production.
Can I get a preview before printing?

Preview is provided for selected products where alignment is critical (frames, nameplates, certain clutches). For most items we finalize layouts automatically to speed up production.

Use high-resolution, well-lit photos. Avoid heavy compression and small thumbnails. We recommend at least 1500px on the longer side for the best print quality.

Minor edits like cropping, brightness or alignment are free. Major redesigns may incur extra charges โ our team will confirm before proceeding.

You can request changes within 1 hour of placing the order. After production starts, changes are not possible. Contact support immediately for urgent requests.

Occasional courier delays happen. We coordinate with the courier partner and update you via SMS/email. If the tracking shows a long delay, contact support for assistance.

If the item arrives damaged or misprinted, share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the item free of cost after verification.
