What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For most items, MOQ starts at 25–50 units. Premium items like metal pens or trophies may start at 10–20 units. Contact us for exact MOQ by product.

Do you provide logo printing or engraving?

Yes. We support laser engraving, screen/UV printing, and foil stamping depending on the product material. Submit your logo in vector (AI, EPS, PDF) for best results.

How fast can you deliver bulk orders?

Standard dispatch is 3–7 business days after artwork approval. Express service is available on select items. Pan-India delivery with tracking and GST invoice.

Can I get a pre-production sample?

Yes. We offer digital mockups for approval. Physical samples are available on request (sample & shipping charges may apply).

Do you provide GST invoices and company billing?

Yes, we provide GST invoices and support company billing, e-way bills where applicable, and bulk shipping to multiple addresses.

What file formats are accepted for branding?

Vector logos (AI, EPS, PDF) preferred. High-resolution PNG (transparent) or SVG also works for many items. We can assist with minor artwork edits.

What is your return/replacement policy for bulk orders?

Since items are custom-made, returns for preference aren’t possible. If any items are damaged or printed incorrectly, we replace them promptly.

Do you offer eco-friendly or premium packaging?

Yes. Ask for eco paper boxes, premium gift boxes, inserts, and sleeves. We also offer custom note cards and gift messaging.
