Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All orders — retail and corporate — must be paid in full online at checkout before production begins. This allows us to start your personalized order immediately and keep our 24–48 hour production promise.
For corporate and bulk orders, payment can also be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS). A GST invoice is issued immediately upon payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates based on standard courier service and may vary due to regional logistics, weather, festival rush periods, or remote pin codes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS and email with your tracking details (AWB number and carrier name). You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your Order ID and billing email.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India, including metros, tier-2, and tier-3 cities. International shipping is available on request for select products — contact our support team for a custom quote.
