How the live stall works

We arrive 30 minutes before your event, set up the counter, and run the entire operation — you don’t have to manage a thing.

Book & confirm

Share your event date, venue, and expected guest count. Confirm with advance booking amount. Date is reserved only after payment.

We set up at venue

Our team arrives 30 minutes before event time with printer, badge press machine, cutter, and all raw materials.

Photos come in

Via your event photographer (real-time transfer) or through our QR upload form — guests scan and upload from their phones.

Print, press & hand over

Each photo is printed, cut, and pressed into a badge magnet — round (58mm) or square (50mm) — sleeve-packed and ready to collect within minutes.

Two ways to get photos at the stall

Option A — Event Photographer

Your event photographer clicks the guest’s photo and shares it with us in real time at the stall. Faster turnaround, better photo quality, no dependency on guest’s phone or internet.

Option B

QR Upload Form

We display a QR code at the stall. Each guest scans it and uploads their photo from their phone. Works well for smaller events or where photography isn’t arranged.

What the client needs to arrange

We bring everything for the stall itself. Just make sure these are in place at the venue so we can run smoothly from minute one.

Dedicated counter

A stable table (min. 4 ft × 2 ft) with clear guest access on at least one side.

2 power sockets (5A)

At or near the counter for the printer and badge press machine.

Covered/shaded area

Printer cannot operate in direct sunlight or rain. Indoor or tent-covered preferred.

Internet (Option B only)

If using QR upload — strong WiFi or dedicated 4G hotspot at the stall area.

Queue management

A volunteer or barrier to manage the guest queue during peak times.

Terms & Conditions

Booking & service terms

📄 Please read before booking

Non-refundable advance: The advance booking amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance, including event cancellation or postponement by the client.
Full payment before stall begins: The full package amount for the minimum guaranteed quantity must be paid before the stall setup begins on the event day.
Minimum quantity guarantee: The booked bundle quantity is the minimum billable amount regardless of actual footfall on the day.
Extra magnets: Magnets produced beyond the booked bundle are charged additionally and must be paid before leaving the venue.
Extra time: Stall time extension beyond the included 3 hours is charged per hour. This must be requested and paid on-the-spot before the extension begins.
Setup time is not counted: We arrive 30 minutes early for setup. Stall hours are counted from the agreed event start time only.
Photo quality: Magnet print quality depends on the resolution of the photo provided. Minimum 800×800 pixels recommended. We are not responsible for blurry output from low-resolution images.
Internet for QR option: If using QR-based photo upload (Option B), a stable internet connection must be arranged by the client. We are not responsible for delays due to poor connectivity.
Power & space: Indidecor is not responsible for delays caused by unavailability of power, inadequate counter space, or access issues at the venue.
Equipment safety: Any damage to our equipment caused by venue conditions (extreme heat, rain, power surge, etc.) is the responsibility of the event organiser.
Delhi NCR only: This live stall service is currently available for events within Delhi NCR. Events outside this region may incur additional travel charges — enquire for details.
GST: All prices are exclusive of GST at 18%. A tax invoice under Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd. (GSTIN: 07AAICK9533B1ZK) will be issued on request.
