Indidecor is a personalized gifting brand by Kiaan Creations OPC Pvt. Ltd., offering custom-made gifts such as mugs, keychains, wallets, frames, cushions, clutches, and corporate branding products. We’re based in Delhi NCR, India, and have been serving customers since 2015.
No. You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account helps you track orders and saves address details for future orders.
No. Indidecor is a 100% online brand. We do not have a retail store, showroom, or walk-in facility, and we don’t offer in-person visits, appointments, or order pickups. All orders are placed on our website and delivered to your address anywhere in India.

Ordering & Personalization
Image guidelines, design proofs, and personalization rules
We do not offer physical samples before ordering. However, every order includes a free digital design proof shared with you after payment, so you can review and approve the exact layout, photo placement, and text before production begins. No production starts without your sign-off.
For best print quality, upload high-resolution JPG or PNG images (minimum 1000×1000 px). Avoid heavily compressed or low-resolution photos as they may appear blurry when printed.
Minor changes may be possible if production hasn’t started yet. Contact support@indidecor.com immediately with your order ID. Once you’ve approved the digital proof and production has begun, changes are not possible.
You can order a single personalized gift — there’s no minimum for retail orders. We make every occasion special, whether it’s one gift or a bulk corporate order of a thousand.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery timelines, tracking, damaged items and replacement policy
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid in full online via credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or digital wallet at checkout. This applies to both retail and corporate/bulk orders.
Most personalized products are produced within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–5 business days across India. Bulk or corporate orders typically take 5–7 business days for production depending on quantity and customization complexity. See full details on our Payments & Logistics page.
Yes, we deliver pan-India through reliable courier partners. Delivery is free on orders above ₹399; smaller orders incur a small delivery charge. Corporate bulk orders ship free regardless of order value.
Since our products are made-to-order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal preference. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video for a free replacement. Full details on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via SMS and email. You can also track anytime on our Track Order page using your Order ID and billing email.

Yes, we provide special pricing for bulk and corporate orders — trophies, awards, diaries, branded pens, mugs, and gift sets. Our team creates a customized quote based on your budget and requirements, with free logo printing and GST invoicing included.
MOQ varies by product. Typical starting quantities are 25–50 units (e.g. metal pens MOQ 25, mugs/notebooks MOQ 50, trophies MOQ 10). Larger volumes attract better pricing. See our Corporate Gifts page for a full breakdown.
Absolutely. We offer free logo printing and engraving on trophies, mugs, diaries, pens, keychains, and premium gift hampers. Vector logos (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred; high-resolution PNG also works for most items.

Yes — all corporate orders include a GST-compliant invoice, issued immediately upon payment confirmation, making it easy for your accounts team to process the purchase.
